OUR STORY
The Harlow family have been members of the Lake Gaston community for over 20 years. The Raleigh natives went from being weekenders to now full time residents. Their oldest daughter, Jennifer, always dreamed of opening up a bakery at the lake and her dream is coming true!
Even at a young age, Jennifer always had a passion for baking and was lovingly nicknamed “Jenny Cakes” by her grandparents. She received her Baking & Pastry degree from Johnson & Wales University and has over 13 years of experience in the food service industry. Jennifer is thrilled to bring high quality, innovative baked goods to the Lake Gaston area.
